Scholarships
- OCEA Scholarship -- The Ohio Cooperative Education Association (OCEA) is an organization of employers and two and four-year colleges/universities whose mission is to promote the awareness of cooperative education throughout the state. This $1,000 scholarship is awarded to an Ohio high school senior with at least a 3.4 overall GPA and who will enroll at an OCEA member college/university. Funds for the scholarship will be issued directly to the OCEA member college/university in the student’s name.
- Stark State College Scholarship -- Restricted to high school seniors planning to enroll as full time students at Stark State College and who have a minimum grade point average of 3.00. Students are encouraged to file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Award recipients must maintain a minimum 3.0 gpa to remain eligible for the scholarship in the second semester. - PDF
- W.B. Snow Scholarship -- This scholarship program is open to all Akron Public Schools seniors who will be attending a post-secondary institution immediately after graduation. The scholarship will be awarded to those who wish to pursue a career in Automotive Collision, Automotive Technology, Construction Technology, Dental Assisting, Computer Aided Design, Computer Aided Manufacturing, Early Childhood Education, Electrical Trades, Heating and Air Conditioning Technology, Information Technology , Plumbing Technology, Project Lead the Way, Restaurant Management, Tech Prep Engineering, and Welding. - BonzaiXpress Driver for Windows 98 -- Download this file to your desktop and then double click on it and follow the instructions to get the BonzaiXpress USB flash drive to work on your Windows 98 computer.
- SanDisk Cruzer Micro USB Flash Drive for Windows 98 -- Windows 98SE Driver Download Instructions: NOTE: Driver is ONLY for 98SE. The driver is not required for Windows ME, W2k or XP 1. Create a folder on the desktop called SanDisk. 2. Click on the driver link here (.zip file). 3. Choose Open. 4. When the WinZip window opens choose extract and point it to the SanDisk Folder. When it is done, open the SanDisk folder. 5. Open the \"Cruzer_Family_98SE\" folder. 6. Double click on Setup.exe. 7. The install will pop up almost immediately and tell you it is done installing. 8. Click OK. 9. Plug the Cruzer Micro in. You will see some windows about it installing new hardware. Once these have finished your Cruzer Micro is ready to use.
