Career Education Programs - Career Clusters
Restaurant Management This is a two-year program which prepares students for careers in the food service industry, such as full service restaurants, cruise lines, hospitals, specialty shops, resorts, etc. Students will gain knowledge and specialized skills pertaining to commercial food preparation. They will learn the skills to work in all facets of the restaurant business, with emphasis on safety, sanitation, team-work, positive attitudes and job responsibilities.
