Hospitality and Tourism

This course develops the skills needed for the hotel/motel industry, hospitality and banquet services and other related occupations with an emphasis on food service careers. Students will learn to prepare and serve foods, manage hotels and develop skills for other career opportunities in the restaurant and hotel industries.
