Career Education Programs - Career Clusters
Electrical Trades Electricians, as an occupational area, are in high demand. This two-year program will set the foundation for graduates to enter college, business or apprenticeships. During the first year, areas covered will include electrical safety, tool usage, and fundamental electrical principles. The basics of residential wiring and relay controls are also covered. During the second year, areas covered include using test equipment, industrial wiring, troubleshooting, generators and motors, electrical motor control and programmable controls.
