Adult Vocational Services' (AVS) Small Business Management (SBM) program offers in-depth formal instruction for full-time and part-time small business owners and managers. Materials are aimed at businesses involved in the marketing and distribution of goods and services. The course involves both classroom sessions and individualized instruction at your place of business.

The SBM program includes instruction to:

• improve the quality of your business decisions
• write an effective business plan
• accurately maintain your business records and use them to manage your business
• adapt to the ever-changing business world.
